- If they mention the 3-month free promotion, you must create a scheduled event. Under “Billing” you will see “Scheduled Events”. Please select the “Add” option.
- “Description” is a 3-month promotion.
- “Date” will always be the 1st of the month following the install date.
- Example: If the installation is scheduled for 9/18, the date will be 10/1.
- “Event” type is add service.
- “Service to Add” will be whatever plan they signed up with which will be found under the self-expiring discounts section.
- “Recurrence” leave as one-time.
- “Prorate Change” leave that unchecked and then select save.
