FCC OTARD Rules

Some Condos, HOAs and landlords attempt to restrict the use of satellite or fixed wireless dishes. The FCC has regulations in place to protect the rights of tenants to install and maintain a dish for the purpose of receiving broadband services and television broadcasts.
